You can make a reservation from three months in advance.
After accepting the request, the reservation will be completed, and guests will receive a reply within 24 hours (excluding closed days). In the case that you do not receive a reply, please contact us by phone. (If time or your situation is limited, such as next-day or same-day reservations, please give us a call to ensure that we can assist you as quickly as possible)
Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged 2 days prior to your stay.
2 days prior: 30% 1 day prior: 50% Same-day or no-show: 100%
Please make cash payment in Japanese yen.
